So you want a guitar from Breedlove's Custom Shop in Oregon. You want it to be all solid wood, have some deluxe features like fancy binding, be built to the same specs as Breedlove's most expensive, have a state of the art electronics system, AND you want it to be in a ridiculously low price range.
Where many companies would remind you of an old adage about having cake and eating it too, Breedlove guitars has met your challenge.
Boy, oh boy. All solid rosewood back and sides and a solid spruce top are set off beautifully by real Herringbone purfling and Ivoroid binding. The fingerboard and bridge are ebony. The neck features a bolt on joint (like other custom shop offerings) and is one piece mahogany. The tuners are Gotohs. The pickup is an LR Baggs.
How can you go wrong with that?
You can't - it comes with a hardshell case, a lifetime warranty and a buncha fun.
Collectible, affordable and awesome? Indeed.
