Meisel makes a very nice quality upright bass for a great price. In this instrument's market, you can quite honestly spend $1000 on junk, many of the pieces available are rough built, don't include quality bidges, tailpieces or tuners, and will just be no fun to play. So check this one out. Through the years this bass has consistently pleased us and our customers. The nice ebony fingerboard, German tuners, and properly cut dense Maple bridge, are features some more expensive basses fail to offer. Adjustable, playable and nice sounding, this thing is a great all- purpose upright. Includes a gigbag and custom setup for you by your friends at Steilberg String Instruments.
