This is nicer than the current model being produced. All solid wood and handcarved - this is a Korean produced mandolin. The New M6SW's are less expensive and produced in China. Those are available too, but this is a good chance to snatch one of the Korean models at a great price. You can't compare this to the current models. Beautiful maple, Herringbone trim and a great sound, all for a great price. Includes a VERY nice hard shell case and lifetime warranty.
