Well, the good folks at G&L have been pulling some incredible limited run "Custom Creations" out of their sleeves recently and we've been excited to have 'em.  So, when they called us about this one, we were intrigued - seems they've been catering to the ASAT semi-hollow  fans and wanted to tempt the fans of a solidbody with something unusual. 

   Enter the Spalted Maple..... yowzers.  What unusual beauty and definite character!  You really have to see one to believe it.  The Spalted Maple, old as the hills, posses more depth and gorgeous variation than a thumbprint.  And the guitars sound as good as they look.  The Alder backs boast a contoured bevel that both trims some weight and fits your body like a glove.  The Seymour Duncan Seth Lover 55n Alnico humbucker in the neck pairs perfectly with the G&L MFD bridge pickup to offer variety enough for any player.  And their ain't no pickguard to cover any of that purty wood!

   The neck is a gloss maple with a rosewood fingerboard with a 12" radius and 1 5/8 nut width.  Each one is individually numbered 1-100.
